Farnborough Voices Terms & Conditions

Farnborough Voices aims to provide a positive, comfortable, and safe environment for all members.
We reserve the right to deny admission or cancel membership if behaviour is deemed disruptive.
By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you give permission for the use of photos or videos from rehearsals and performances on social media, our website, and other promotional materials.
Any objections should be noted on your membership form. Members agree to be courteous and respectful to others and the rehearsal venues, keeping noise levels low when arriving and leaving.
You also agree to follow venue safety rules.
If you encounter a problem with another member that cannot be resolved, report it to Natalie for resolution.
Rehearsal schedules may change to accommodate performances and events, with as much notice as possible.
Membership fees are £5 per week or £20 per month, payable on the first rehearsal of each month via the Choir bank details or cash - see Natalie/WhatsApp group for info.
Members should attend rehearsals as often as possible - you may be denied a performance spot if attendance drops below 85%.
Members inactive for more than 4 weeks will be removed from WhatsApp/ChoirMate groups and access to resources switched off until they return.
Refunds are at the discretion of Farnborough Voices.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult member or parent/guardian.
For performances, the dress code is smart-casual all black, with ties or neckerchiefs if provided. T-shirts are available for £10.
Farnborough Voices is not financially responsible for damages caused by misconduct.
Members are responsible for their belongings at rehearsals and performances.
We will securely store personal information in line with the Data Protection Act and will not share it externally.
